Avondale offers Outdoor Leadership Short courses to meet community and industry needs. These courses focus on specialised skills in outdoor supervision, bushwalking, canoeing, kayaking, and abseiling.

Outdoor Leadership short courses are offered only to groups with a minimum of 5 persons who are active members of youth activity organisations such as Pathfinders.

Each short course has been created from a selection of units from SIS30619 Certificate III in Outdoor Leadership.
